RETURNS + SHIPPING
All products from The Image Collection are final sale due to the customized and personalized nature of our products. All orders are thoroughly examined and counted by at least two members of our production staff to ensure that item sizes and quantities are accurate. All items are also examined for defects prior to being shipped. The Image Collection is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. If a problem does arise with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Most orders are shipped via UPS. We email out the tracking information, but please allow 12-24 business hours for UPS to process the package before trying to track the shipment, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment.
If you entered your shipping address incorrectly or if it is incomplete in any way, there is a $14 UPS package intercept fee. You are responsible for this fee and we will not be able to re-route your packed to the correct address until it is paid.
